The engagement

One standard. One process. No tiers.

Every household here receives the same process, the same preparation and the same level of attention. There is no premium version and no entry-level version, because a practice this size has no reason to sort people.

Terms

Planning is engaged in writing, at a flat annual fee, agreed before any work begins.

The fee reflects the complexity of the situation rather than the size of the balance sheet, and it is quoted in full and in advance, before any work begins.

The year

What an engagement year looks like

The first year builds the plan

A complete inventory of the corporate and personal picture, a full presentation of where things actually stand today, and a strategy built around what you have told Dave matters.

Every year after, it is rebuilt

The plan is re-run against what changed — in the business, in the family, in the tax landscape — and the recommendations are corrected accordingly. That annual correction is the entire point.

And it is monitored in between

Your plan is not left alone for eleven months. Estate documents, pension contribution room, maturity and renewal dates are tracked against it continuously, so a gap reaches you while it is still a decision rather than a consequence.

Scope

What is not included

EverNorth does not manage investment portfolios. Where a plan calls for investment management or an insurance contract, those are arranged separately and under their own agreements. Any compensation EverNorth receives in connection with them is disclosed to you in writing before you commit to anything.

Tax filing and legal drafting remain with your accountant and your lawyer. Dave’s role is to make certain all three professions are working from the same plan.

EverNorth provides financial planning. It does not manage investment portfolios, provide investment or tax advice, or sell securities.
