The KAIZEN Financial Planning Process™
Kaizen is Japanese for constant, never-ending improvement. It describes a plan that is revisited, corrected and sharpened every year — not one delivered once and filed.
Awareness
A short first conversation to understand what prompted the introduction, and whether this is the right practice for it.
Discovery
The Issues and Concerns work. Before any numbers, a structured examination of what you are actually worried about.
Engagement
A complete confidential inventory: corporate and personal, assets and liabilities, agreements and obligations.
The Great Reveal™
Your current situation modelled honestly, with nothing added. Most clients describe this as the first time they have seen the whole picture at once.
The Truth Plan™
Two sessions building the strategy, mapped visually so you can see how each decision moves the others.
Implementation
Coordinated execution across corporate structure, insurance, estate documents and portfolio management.
Annual review
The plan is rebuilt each year against what changed. This is where kaizen stops being a name and becomes the method.
The process typically runs six to nine months from first conversation to implemented plan, and then continues for as long as the relationship does.
