What this page covers, and what it doesn’t
This page describes what this website does with information.
It is not the privacy policy governing a client relationship. If you are a client of EverNorth, the handling of your personal and financial information is governed by your engagement agreement and by the privacy practices of Ironshield Financial Planning and the CANi Financial Planning Syndicate. Those documents are available from Dave at any time, on request.
What is collected here
Nothing.
This site is a small set of static pages. There are no forms, no accounts, no newsletter signup, no booking calendar and no login. Nothing you do on these pages is transmitted to EverNorth.
There is no analytics software, no advertising or tracking pixel, no session recording and no chat widget. We do not know who visits this site, how often, or which pages they read.
No cookies, no outside requests
This site sets no cookies of any kind.
The typefaces are served from this domain rather than from a third-party font service, so reading these pages does not disclose your visit to any outside provider.
The one exception worth naming
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the network requests needed to deliver these pages to your browser, and may retain limited technical logs — including IP addresses — for security and abuse prevention.
EverNorth does not receive, access or store those logs, and cannot identify visitors from them. Cloudflare’s own privacy practices are published on its website.
Email and telephone
The email address and telephone number published here are ordinary contact details. If you write or call, whatever you choose to tell us is held under the confidentiality that governs the practice generally.
You will not be added to a mailing list. EverNorth does not send newsletters or promotional email.
Access, correction, and questions
Canadian privacy law gives you the right to ask what personal information an organisation holds about you, to have it corrected, and to withdraw consent to its use.
If you have any question about information EverNorth holds, write to dave@evernorthwealth.ca and Dave will answer personally.
If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes will be noted on this page.
